Cosmic Cougars

We are excited to share that our Monthly Giving Program is evolving from Cougar Cares to Cosmic Cougars to better reflect the heart of our Montessori mission. While the name is changing, the purpose remains the same: to bring our school community together in support of our students and teachers. The new name is inspired by Montessori’s concept of Cosmic Education, which teaches that every individual plays an important role in a larger, connected world. Cosmic Cougars represents the collective impact of our community—where every monthly gift helps create brighter opportunities for our children.

Cosmic Cougars make a recurring monthly donation to the MEF through the Colorado Gives website, which supports all of our ongoing initiatives. Even a monthly donation of $10 makes a big impact.

Levels of support

Donations big and small come together not only to support a Montessori education but to help students understand their place in the universe and their responsibility to care for it. 

• Seed  ($10 per month) - nurturing curiosity
• Earth ($25 per month) - supporting classroom materials
• Sun ($50 per month) - sustaining teacher training
• Galaxy ($100 per month) - campus enhancements 

When you sign up to become a Cosmic Cougar, you'll receive a car decal to proudly display as well as other perks throughout the year.

If you have set up a monthly donation through PayPal, nothing needs to change. Those donations will continue to be processed and we thank you for making an impact at DCSM.
